“Monarch” company was founded in Odessa in 1997 by Mr. Abbasov Telman. Since then the company has being constantly developed widening the range of its professional services, improving and growing the professionalism of each specialist of the company. Chronology 2009: The founder of the company, Abbasov Telman, invents and gets a patent for a new method to hold the auction which is considered to be very effected on the present Ukrainian Real Estate market. The same year Mr. Abbasov gets a degree of Professor of the International Real Estate University FIABCI. 2008 – 2006: The founder of the company is elected to be Vice-President of URA (Ukrainian Real Estate Association) of Ukraine taking an active part in all the projects of the Association, introducing new ideas , projects and proposals on development of the Real Estate Industry on the Ukrainian market. 2007: The founder of the “Monarch” company initiates the establishment of a Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) in Ukraine and becomes the President of FIABCI-Ukraine. Being the part of this International organization the company proves its high level of professionalism as well as its will to grow and extend on the local and international real estate markets. 2006 – 2004: The founder of the company, Mr. Abbasov Telman, is elected to be the President of the Association of Realtors of Odessa and Odessa region. 2004 – 2002: The founder of the company, Mr. Abbasov Telman, is elected to be the Vice-President of the Association of Realtors of Odessa and Odessa region. 2002 – 1998: The founder of the company “Monarch” is a very active member of the Association of Realtors of Odessa and Odessa region, the member of URA (Ukrainian Real Estate Association).
